Rename A Team
Change a team name from the team detail page.
Rename A Team
Rename teams when the real ownership group changes. If the team represents a project that ended, also review team keys, budgets, quotas, and usage before deciding whether to keep or delete the team.
Open Teams.
Click Open on the team row.
Click the edit action on the team detail page.
Update the team Name.
Click Save Changes.
Confirm the new name appears on the team detail page and in the teams list.
