Understand budget values, nanos USD, currencies, and threshold percentages.
Amounts and thresholds
In the UI, enter budget amount as a normal USD value, such as 50.00.
Internally, Odock stores budget amounts in nanos USD. This allows small token costs to be tracked precisely.

Currency
The budget form includes a currency selector. Current UI options include:

Cost enforcement is based on the stored amount and the model pricing used by usage records. For model pricing concepts, see Model Pricing.
Thresholds
Thresholds are percentages such as 50, 80, 90, and 100. They are warning points for alerting or review workflows.
Thresholds do not replace the hard budget limit. The hard limit is the budget amount.
